Our match just doubled, folks!
The Jansky Family has joined us as our second match partner for our Day of Giving and doubled our match goal.
That means your donation will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $500,000 for our 15th Anniversary Day of Giving. Together, we have the opportunity to raise $1 million to serve our nation’s heroes, first responders, and the families of our fallen.
To everyone who has already made an early gift, thank you. Your generosity is helping us build momentum for our biggest Day of Giving yet.
If you have not yet made your gift, this is a powerful moment to give. Your donation will go twice as far in helping us continue this mission: building specially adapted smart homes, providing mobility support, creating healing experiences, and standing beside those who have sacrificed so much for our country.
Below, I’m honored to share one of the countless stories from our outreach that your generosity has made possible. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you.
Your pal,

You Will Support These Heroes
Every dollar will support those suffering from the invisible wounds of their service, our brave first responders who rush into danger, the families of fallen heroes grieving their lost loved ones, wounded heroes who suffered severe injuries defending our nation, and many more.
Note: Your donation will be applied to our general fund.

A JOURNEY OF REMEMBRANCE & RENEWAL
Honoring the Fallen, Embracing the Future
For surviving families of our fallen heroes, grief can often feel isolating. Returning to the places where their loved ones are honored can bring both comfort and healing.
Thanks to you, Stacey and her son Tyler traveled to Washington, D.C. over Memorial Day weekend to visit Arlington National Cemetery, where Tyler’s father, U.S. Army Captain Scott Austin, and Stacey’s brother, Army Specialist Sean Mayerscik, are laid to rest.
As a single mother, returning to Arlington can often be out of reach financially, making this Memorial Day visit especially meaningful. Walking among the rows of headstones brought a sense of peace and reminded them they were not alone.

A Weekend That Brought Healing & Hope
Alongside other surviving families, they found something they needed most — people who understood their journey. The friendships they formed reminded them that they are not alone in their grief.
For Tyler, meeting other surviving children of fallen service members brought hope for the future. Seeing older children who had experienced similar loss gave him encouragement and reassurance that healing is possible.

"You Just Find Family"
These moments of connection felt especially meaningful for families who often feel alone in their loss.
“Most of all, it reminded us that we are not alone in our grief,” Stacey shared.
Our 15th Anniversary is almost here and I’d like to introduce you to the GSF leadership team.
One of the greatest privileges of building the Gary Sinise Foundation over the last 15 years has been seeing what happens when people come together around a shared purpose.
Our mission is powered by a team of dedicated leaders and staff who show up every day with a deep commitment to serving our nation’s defenders, their families, and those who need us most. These leaders bring extraordinary experience, heart, and dedication to their work.
Most importantly—they understand that every dollar entrusted to us represents someone choosing to stand beside those who serve.
You may not always see their work publicly, but their leadership can be felt in every home built, every family supported, every event delivered, and every life impacted.
I’m incredibly proud of this team and grateful for each one. I can’t wait for you to meet them.
